Pet Policy

Our Apartments at Mirror Lake are pet-friendly, and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment and have a weight limit of 75 pounds.

Breed Restrictions: German Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit bull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dog hybrid, Great Dane, St Bernard, and any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other Restricted Pets: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, Rodents, and any other animals restricted by applicable law or regulation.
